christmas with the wards...

we were very fortunate to be able to spend some time celebrating christmas with the ward family. we went to their house and had a yummy dinner. after dinner we opened gifts. the kids had such a wonderful time watching each other open gifts and playing with their new toys.

steve's brother and sister in law invited all of us over to their home that night to see santa! all the kids went in their pajamas and santa read them 'twas the night before christmas' and let them all sit on his lap. ricky and vera did not want to sit on his lap. as vera put it "it's kind of creepy to sit on someone's lap that you don't know" she is pretty smart.



ana however was not afraid. she had a very long list for santa!

it was so nice to be able to have our own little christmas celebration with them. thank you for having us over! as always we had a wonderful time.
