christmas eve has always been the time when joe and i would have a nice dinner and exchange gifts with one another. so now with the kids we do the same. after our fancy dinner we gathered by the tree and opened a few of the gifts that we had. the kids get to shop at a little santa shop at school so joe and i were able to open the gifts they purchased for us there. we had such a nice evening with just our little family.
after exchanging a few gifts we got in our pajamas and watched my favorite christmas movie called 'twas the night before christmas. in my opinion it is the best animated christmas movie ever made. if you have not seen it i believe it is everyone's duty as christmas loving people to find it and watch it.
