So many visitors

We have had a really great few weeks! The best part was Joe's Dad, Stepmom, and little cousin coming to visit from Florida and meeting the kids for the first time. The kids had a great time meeting their Grandpa Bob and Mimi. We had such a wonderful time just hanging out. It is so great to have family visit!

We also chose to celebrate Vera's 9th birthday a week and a half early so that they could be here for it. It was a really fun party. Vera was so happy to have so many family and friends there to celebrate with her.

Pinata's Rock!

Just before Joe's Dad arrived we had some exciting sleepovers at our house also.

First the Ward kids slept over and we took a trip to the museum of nature and science.

Next our good friend Matt Knobbe came to visit all the way from California. His only wish for our evening together was to visit Casa Bonitas. We were more than happy to accomodate him. We met Matt and Rachel and Dirt and Jenn in Denver and had tons of fun. If you have never experienced Casa Bonitas, you are so missing out! Not only is there food (really horrible food) but there is a game room, cliff divers, and a very dark small cave/maze type thing called black bart's cave. After waiting in line for over an hour just to get in we were treated to more excitment than anyone deserves.

Matt with our family.

What our family would look like if Dirt and Jenn were adopting the kids.

(Okay, so my kids have been obsessed with Gene Simmons lately. Hence the sticking out of the tounges.)
